Müvekkil İlişkileri
Sır Saklama Yükümlülüğü ve Gizlilik:
Avukatlık ve danışmanlık hizmeti verdiğimiz müvekkillerimizin paylaştığı şahsi veya ticari nitelikteki tüm bilgiler, herhangi bir şekilde üçüncü kişi veya kurumlarla paylaşılmamaktadır ve mesleki sır olarak saklı tutulmaktadır.
Şeffaflık ve Dürüstlük:
Avukatlık ve danışmanlık hizmeti verdiğimiz müvekkillerimize karşı objektif ve gerçekçi değerlendirmelerde bulunarak, şeffaflık ve dürüstlük ilkelerine uygun bir hizmet sunmaktayız. Bu bağlamda müvekkillerimiz, lehlerine veya aleyhlerine olan tüm hususlar konusunda aydınlatılmaktadır.
Çalışma Disiplini:
Ofisimizce takip edilen dava ve işler, ekip çalışmasıyla, istişare kültüründen faydalanarak ve titizlik içinde yürütülmektedir.

Toplantı ve Görüşme Usulleri
Avukatlık ve danışmanlık alanlarında verilen hizmetler için yapılacak görüşmenin fiziken yapılması, görüşme konusunun daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi açısından daha sağlıklı olmakla birlikte; müvekkilin şehir dışında olması gibi sebeplerden ötürü fiziken görüşme yapılamaması halinde telefonla veya internet üzerinden de görüşme ve danışmanlık hizmeti verilmesi mümkündür.

Avukatlık ve Danışmanlık Ücretleri
Avukatlık Ücreti:
Müvekkiller için verilecek avukatlık veya danışmanlık ücretleri belirlenirken, asgari olarak, avukat olarak bağlı bulunduğumuz İstanbul Barosu'nun her yıl yayınlamakta olduğu ''Avukat-Vekileden Arasındaki En Az Ücret Çizelgesi'' esas alınmakla birlikte, işin niteliği, süresi, icra edileceği yer ve işle ilgilenen avukat sayısına göre farklılık göstermektedir. Talep edilecek net ücret yapılacak görüşme neticesinde müvekkile bildirilecektir.
Danışmanlık Ücreti:
1136 sayılı Avukatlık Kanunu'nun, “Avukatlık Ücreti” başlıklı 164. maddesi hükmüne göre her türlü hukuki iş, işlem ve danışma ücrete tabidir. Bu sebeple, verilen danışmanlık hizmetleri de ücrete tabi olup; ofisimizde kural olarak, müvekkille yapılan görüşme sonucunda davanın veya işin tarafımızca takibi hususunda müvekkille anlaşmaya varılması durumunda, daha önce alınan danışmanlık ücreti, dava veya iş için alınacak avukatlık ücretinden mahsup edilecektir.

Client Relations
Confidentiality Obligation:
All personal or commercial information shared by our clients is not shared with third parties or institutions in any way and is kept as a professional secret.
Transparency and Honesty:
We provide a service in accordance with the principles of transparency and honesty by making objective and realistic evaluations of our clients. In this context, our clients are enlightened about all the issues that are in their favor or against them.
Working Discipline:
The cases followed by our office are carried out with teamwork, consultation and meticulousness.

Meeting Procedures
It is healthier to hold a physical meeting for the services provided in the fields of law and consultancy in order to better understand the subject of the interview. However, if a physical meeting cannot be held due to reasons such as the client being out of town, it is possible to hold a meeting and provide consultancy services by phone or over the internet.

Lawyer and Consultancy Fees
Attorney Fee:
Attorney and consultancy fees are determined based on the "Minimum Fee Schedule Between Lawyer and Client" brochure published every year by the Istanbul Bar Association, to which we are affiliated as lawyers. However, it varies depending on the nature of the work, its duration, the place where it will be performed and the number of lawyers who will be involved with the case. The requested fee will be notified to the client as a result of the meeting.
Consulting Fee:
According to the provision of Article 164 of the Attorneyship Law No. 1136, titled "Attorney's Fee", all kinds of legal work and consultancy are subject to a fee. For this reason, the consultancy services provided are also subject to a fee, but as a principle in our office, if an agreement is reached with the client to pursue the case as a result of the meeting, the consultancy fee will be offset from the attorney fee to be charged for the case.
